NWH is finalizing the contract to build two Best Western Hotels in southwest Texas, 52 and 60 rooms totaling just over 63,000 total sqaure feet. Construction should begin in the next 60 days.
Blue Saphire Holdings LLC based in Houston, TX. has inked a deal with NWH to build three Candlewood Suites in strategic Texas markets, including Lufkin, Nacogdoches, and Tomball. The hotels are scheduled for completion in mid 2009.
